Great article – another awesome tool for building an online presence/story for job seekers is SlideRocket. It’s very similar to Prezi but more “movie” oriented. I found it to be very impactful when I saw Hanna’s “presume” – have you heard about her story?

No where in my article that you quote above do I advocate having “alternative formats.” My philosophy is actually the opposite. If you know what your value is and who needs it, you should not need multiple formats of a resume.

Really interesting suggestions here about using iPads in Online Learning. I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how iPads might help my online students engage with my land-based students, bringing a new hybrid sensibility to both groups. My site is already exploring this in a general way (www.hybridpedagogy.com), but I hope to write an entry about the iPad more specifically soon.
