If you decide to continue your education and become a certified psychologist, you'll have a great job outlook as well, as the employment of psychologists will grow faster than average through at least 2014. The average pay for psychologists is $46,000 a year. If you decide to work as a self-employed therapist, you will likely obtain an even higher salary.
